Tim Jurkowski (Torrington) is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with specialized training in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) and Play Therapy. Mr. Jurkowski completed a BA in Psychology at the Catholic University of America, in Washington, D.C. in 1992. He then completed an MA in Counseling at the Franciscan University of Steubenville in 1994.
He has practiced in Wyoming and Maryland, where he and his family lived for a time to be close to extended family. He had an independent practice in Cheyenne once his family moved back to Wyoming. His work primarily focuses on treating children and families who experience trauma.
Tim and his wife, Maggie, have been married for 33 years and have four adult children, one daughter and three sons who live in CO, TX, FL, and VA. (1st Term; 2022)
