Catholic Charities of Wyoming is a statewide, non-profit, licensed adoption agency created in 1964. The agency has a network of caseworkers providing pregnancy and adoption services to Wyoming residents of all faiths.

Adoptive Parent(s) Criteria
    Infant Adoption

    ~Minimum age of 21
    ~Married at least two years
    ~Active and practicing a religion
    ~Have a suitable and safe residence
    ~Financially stable
    ~Good physical and emotional health
    ~Unable to achieve conception either for medical reasons or because pregnancy is medically inadvisable

    Non-Infant Adoption
    ~Minimum age of 21
    ~Active and practicing in a religion
    ~Have a suitable and safe residence
    ~Financially stable
    ~Good physical and emotional health

Individuals interested in adopting must fill out form(s) from each of the following categories (as applicable):

Adoptive Parent(s) Applications:
Married Couple Application
Single Parent Application (not eligible for infant-age 2 adoptions)

Application for Adoptive Child(ren):
Infant Application
Age 2 to 18 Application
International Application

Medical Examination (male applicant):
For infant adoption
For non-infant adoption

Medical Examination (female applicant):
For infant adoption
For non-infant adoption
